Title: Handpainted green & black glass thick, bottom heavy, signed can anyone help id?

Can anyone help me with an id on this pretty little glass. The glass is very thick and bottom heavy. There is a signature on the bottom but it doesn't mean anything to me I'm afraid! perhaps eir uly?

Possibly Eirian, they are based in Hay on Wye. You could email them and ask if it is one of theirs: http://www.glassgallery.co.uk/

It's not handpainted. The colours are applied to the hot glass
