Title: Vase with fronds - Any Ideas?

Here is a vase in clear glass with fronds which don't look very practical so maybe it's a candle holder?

No marks but dimpled inside - I was thinking Dartington Daisy - it's quite heavy

Made by Kosta, they come in varying sizes.
