Title: Interesting Murano weight, what would I call this?

Picked up on eBay. There were no side images in the listing, so I was pleasantly surprised when it came in. Footed? Pedestal? Bifurcated? Twin balls?  :D

I would call it a doubledecker. John Deacons has made one or two of these but I cannot remember what they are called.

I like that. Double decker is is. Thanks.  Should I also offer special sauce with it?  ;D
