Title: ID Help please heavy cased kingfisher colour ashtray

Any thoughts please on this ashtray. 15cms square and weighing 1200 grammes. Some age related wear to base, cased kingfisher colour. Dimpled to underside. All thoughts much appreciated

Cased is having a layer over another, this is a single layer. No idea where from though.
