I think I have seen this vase somewhere attributed to Portieux-Vallerysthal, but others will know more about it than I do...

Quite likely Portieux-Vallérysthal - does yours wear a ring ?

 my vase found in catalogue Portieux 1894  (http://www.pressglas-pavillon.de/vasen/03553.html) which is not yet online, sorry
