Title: pastel blue/green vase + speckled highlights - ID = Mike Shaw, Australia

Nice vase in a pastel shade of blue/green with speckled highlights. There is an etched signature which I have dusted with graphite to try to get a clearer photo. Any help appreciated. Thanks Chris
