Title: Uranium Poinsettia or Floral Rose Bowl ??

I just purchased this piece of depression glass in the Floral pattern by Jeannette Co....would this be called a rose bowl  ?  I have another similar with the rim flared out......

Yes; a rose bowl's rim curves in and does not straighten out or curve out again.
