Title: Please assist with identification of bowl. ID = Lancaster Glass

As requested, if someone has any information regarding what the glass bowl is; is it a punch bowl?  What kind of glass it might be and where it came from...

Sorry about that.... Still a newbie...  The bowl is approximately 6-1/2" across at the widest points and about 3-1/2" high.. The ladle is about 4" long..

It's a mayo set (perhaps it should have an underplate) and most likely American. You might be better asking here http://www.chataboutdg.com/
