Title: Quality Murano paperweight?

Can anyone please help with the ID of this paperweight? My guess is Murano. There are some lovely canes including some complex ones but I am not very familiar with Murano paperweights to know if my guess is educated enough.

Looks like Fratelli. Toso 1970's to me.
