Title: Scavo Glass Duck...Maker?

Hello,

I just bought this Scavo glass Duck. He's about 11 inches long, 4 inches wide and 5 inches tall and weighs 6 pounds.

Anyone have an idea who made him?

Hi, could you post a closeup of the finish? - I think it is rather Corroso than Scavo...

I think you may be correct....it is Corroso.....here's a photo

I remember somebody had a corroso hippo once here before; nice chap, no longer here, can't remember his name... Chuggy? I think he made rather a lovely profit on it.

Could well be the same maker as my bowl, unfortunately not identified so far...
Mine has a very bright glow under UV, how about your piece?

Have you looked through Anita's Murano Zoo for a similar duck?

No duck there that is similar. I can save the search time. :) That is a great duck. No clue who made it, though.
