Title: Can Anyone Give Me ID on this Glass Sculpture

Hi All of you kind people on GMB ,
Could anyone give me some idea of the maker of this glass sculpture ?? It stands 17 1/2" high , 4 1/2" dia base , in a clear glass with white and blue trails . Pontil is still on the base not polished out . I look forward to any replies and will thank you all now for your time .
