Title: Is this bowl made by STS Abel, Zagreb? - ID = Brockwitz Prismen

I think that this bowl may have been made by STS Abel, Zagreb.  It has an indistinct impressed mark inside in the centre which looks like a "star" shape of sorts that could be STS Abel.  The handles have a flower and leaf pattern.
Is it one of their's please?

Interesting find, Anne, if it is in fact marked with star and wineglass and therefore STS !

At first glance I would have said  Brockwitz PRISMEN  (http://www.glas-musterbuch.de/Brockwitz-circa-1936-Farbent.180+B6YmFja1BJRD0xODAmcHJvZHVjdElEPTc1ODUmcGlkX3Byb2R1Y3Q9MTgwJmRldGFpbD0_.0.html)

I think you are right Pamela, and it is Brockwitz' Prismen.  I think the "star" shape in the centre could just be a manufacturing mark after all ::)
