Title: any suggestions to maker please

i picked up this weight last week  looks quite old with a " low dome" , fluoresces  light green under UV , Bubble just under the dome , with a snapped pontil , measures 3 inches in diameter x 1.75 inches tall

any help welcome

To me, all the features indicate Ysart Brothers (Vasart) 1946-1956.
