Title: white triple encased pink vase help please.

Hello there can anyone help me with this please, i think it's Victorian as there is a lot of wear to the base. It has a white inner layer, the middle layer is the pattern and the outer layer is clear giving some depth to the glass and a three dimensional look to it. The rim has been polished smooth and the outer edge of the rim cut and polished at an angle.

It looks beautifully well made.

It's 10 inches in height.

Not seen that decor before, the internal white layer reminds me of Welz but I've never seen one like that by them, ;D

If it were enameled I'd say look at Loetz. As is is a little simple

I think I might still look at Loetz and then Kralik and Harrach
