Title: Green 5 layered encased vase help please

Hello can anyone help me with this please, i can not find anything on it. When or where it was made, also how are they made?,  this one looks like it has either 5 or 6 layers, it has wear to the base.

It's 5 3/4 inches in height, 2 1/2 inches across the rim and base.

A little reminiscent of WMF Ikora but not so sure about the shape.
