Saw this in a charity shop in Surrey today

Anyone have any ideas. It has a rough Pontil mark,  no label or other markings though, it looks like something from the 70s , I know it's a poor photo but it was rushed as I didn't
Want to be seen taking pics.

Sorry if this is just cheap tat, but I am a complete noob to this

No idea but a rough or matte ground pontil mark is always something to be wary about if you don't know what you're buying.

If it's not signed and has a rough pontil then personally I wouldn't bother with it.
And bear in mind that some charity shops buy in glass from Chinese manufacturers.
