Hi everyone
I need some help with identifying these two hand blown, block molded art glass vases. Both are signed PG and the JF W1.
I am assuming they are English because of the W1, but they may not be.
Any clues wold be great.
Thanks
Scott

Hi Scott,
Welcome to the forum. I was wondering where your located..?
I suspect both of the pieces, may have originated in Australia and been blown at the Jam Factory, possibly by Peter Goss. The style is also typical of work from this period and the markings to the base would also seem to tie in with other examples that have surfaced. I'm sure Brewster, who recently posted some other examples in the following thread, would be interested in seeing these...

Thanks Greg, and yes I am in Australia. I will check out the other post and google Goss.

Hi Scott and thanks for showing these. Greg is correct: these are Peter Goss signed production pieces from the Jam Factory in Adelaide in the mid-1970s. There is more detail in my other post for which Greg has given the link. I provide some further information about Peter Goss in a blog article - see the link in my signature block below.
A hint on photos for the GMB. You can make them considerably larger, and hence clearer for those of us with older eyes and still be below the limit of file size, if you use a plain background.

Thanks Trevor ... I did have trouble getting them down to an appropriate file size! Thank you for the links, I really love these pieces but was quite stumped.
Kind regards

I'm in complete agreement. (You're up much earlier than I am, Greg!)
Gorgeous, stunning, fabulous... 8)
