Title: This is a Clichy isn't it?

Hi All. Got this a few months back and the more I look at it, the more doubt I have. It has all the colours (or colors - for our friends over the pond  :) ) of a Clichy but with a large basal ring and a St Louis setup.... help me put it on the right shelf please

I'd say St. Louis.
