Title: Pyramid Shaped Art Glass or PW

A pyramid shaped PW with a grassy strands in blue and green a wisps of purple. It is encased in clear glass which has striations presumably from the mold.
It is initialled on the base and depending which way you look at it - it could be 91 VW or if reversed MR IX Any thoughts appreciated.

For pyramid shaped weights, I tend to suspect either Caithness or Mtarfa even before seeing them, but seeing this, it could be either. Sorry not to be of more help. The mark (if it is one and not just accidentally looking like one) does not indicate either to me, although the colours are very Caithnessy.
