Title: Frosted Glass Comport with Flowers and Vines, ID help needed please

I have recently acquired this green uranium frosted glass comport or footed bowl, but have had no success finding a maker or a date for ir. It stands 6 inches high and is 9 inches in diameter. The body of the piece is frosted glass, the floral decoration is raised and clear. Any help or suggestions about it would be much appreciated.
