Title: ID help needed for signed Zanfirico vase

Stands 8 inches tall and weighs 6 lbs and change. Signed to base Canal? My guess is anywhere from vintage Italian to modern Asian. Looks very well done, but that is all I can add. Hoping someone here might recognize design or signature that looks to me as... Canal...Caral...Carol..? Thnx for looking.
