Title: Please can you ID this vase? Moss agate Steuben? WMF Ikora?

Hi, This vase is 13" tall and looks to be cased clear over blue. It is signed on the bottom. The only letters and numbers I can make out are E214/3310 and then underneath ar(s)   pnsg   Not to sure about the first s.

WMF Ikora for sure.
The numbering looks like the typical Ikora pattern and decor code.
I can check the book in the evening to see if it is in one of the catalogues.

Thank you Michael!!! I did not know that the pieces were numbered;just a paper label.

I checked the Ikora book, your vase (pattern number E214/3310) is found in the catalogues from 1928 and 1929, described as "blue/red", height 33 cm.

An etched pattern number is unusual for Ikora glass, but I think there was another one on the board a while ago, with an engraved code as well...
