Title: ID help - purple sepia iridescent with pulled feather decoration

Hello all,

I've been having a lot trouble with this piece as well. It is roughly 2-3/4" in diameter and 2-1/2" tall and rests on a flat polished base. I'll see if I can upload a more detailed picture of the signature.
