Any help identifying this bowl would be most appreciated.
Many thanks :)

It's my system that isn't enlarging your thumbnails, nothing to do with you.
(I've found I can reach it in a new window).
Can we ask you to post an image of the bottoms of your glass pieces? We like looking at bottoms here, we can tell a lot from them. Even if there seems to be nothing there, the kind of nothing it is can be very informative.

that's a relief :)
I did read somewhere else here that bottoms were very popular! I have a couple more requests then I will get my camera trained on some bottoms just for you :)
thanks again for your help and advice, its very much appreciated

You're most welcome. :)
I don't know if we will find a maker for this little bowl. It looks quite Bohemian/Czech, from the earlier part of the last century. But you'd better not pay any attention to me - this is not my area!

its actually quite large (11" across).. would dimensions help? I didn't think of this :)

They do, yes. ;D
I've had a few surprises when buying things from ebay, where size was not made clear in the listing.
Twice, to my advantage, I have to say, but once a real disappointment when the seller got their cms and inches mixed up. 12cms is normal for a largeish pwt. 12 inches would have been a football!
So this is more of a fruit bowl than a pin dish!
