Title: pink, packed millefiori. Any ID ideas?

Any ideas on the maker of this weight please. 7 cms tall and 8 cms wide. Flat polished base. Very packed pink cluster with just 5 large green & white millefiori, randomly positioned. Thank you for any help.

The green canes are typical Murano canes, so I say it is from Murano
