I thought this would be easy to identify, i can not find anything on it, i'm confident it's not modern, it had the 40 years worth of dirt inside and has a lot of wear to the base.
It's 11 1/2 inches in height by 7 inches at the widest point.

I had a small vase that I thought was scandinavian and everything exactly the same as yours (colour, base etc etc) except the shape. I was thrilled with it until I got it home and took the price sticker off the base (which I should have done at the shop) and there was a sticker saying Elegant Glass Made in China.
I chucked it out in the recent downsizing move so I don't have a picture of it.
Not saying yours is but it jumped right out at me on here as Elegant.

Might be Chinese, i've had a few of these colour vases, most i have been able to date, Swedish or German. i saw two glass vases this morning with labels (stickers) Made in China and there was no doubt they were 60's in origin.

It's a nice vase, anyway. Wish I hadn't thrown mine out now!

You can normally tell the Chinese ones from the very weak white inner, a bit like watered down milk. In vases from Empoli - where a similar colour was used - and vases from Elme the inner white is much firmer and thicker.

Thanks Ivo the white coating is about 2 mm thick, there is an Empoli vase in this link with a very similar base, that's of course if the vase in the link is Empoli.

Ryd of Sweden used this colour a lot.
I've not been able to find a shape match on a quick search though, but it might be worth investigating as an option.
