Title: Possible controlled bubble glass bowl?

can anyone help me identify this bowl? Think it may possibly be controlled bubble glass, perhaps Whitefriars? Any input would be appreciated. Thank you. :) Jan

Hello and welcome, could we get a shot of the base please, it reminds me of some of my Stevens & Williams, later Royal Brierley, pieces I have, ;D
