Blue bowl with red band. The bottom half is opalescent.
Rough pontil scar.

Size is always useful, is it quite heavy?

To shove in a name, just as a faint suggestion for looking further, George Elliot?
I'm sure he did things with this sort of decor.

11cm dia.
12.5cm high
Fairly heavy
Smooth rim (not cut and polished)
