Title: Large Cased Glass Bowl Signed GH 200g

I would love some help identifying the designer of this amazing piece. It is very large 9.5" tall 10.75" wide at top. It is cased periwinkle with red rim in clear. The inside bottom appears crackled. The shape is fluid and not quite round or oval. It ia signed GH 200g. There are no other marks. I thought it might be Kosta.

Thanks! I thought it might be a date as well 2009....but it really looks more like a g. It might be a Californian studio art piece if it is a date.
