Coarse and often irregularly flattened bottoms I always suspect of being from the F.E. and other common British pieces have quality flat bases, but don't see too many modern examples with cleanly snapped pontil scar within recess like this. No flame on this pontil.
I'm ignorant of p/ws. but bought this as intrigued because although unsigned, looks as though it might be British.
The clear part is almost slightly blueish green - no marks that I can see, and a little wear that suggests not made yesterday.
not particularly high domed - measures 78 mm wide by 53 mm high. Someone practicing perhaps :)
