Title: Cased Purple and White Swirl Vase (Scandi?)

Hoping someone can help me to identify this cased purple swirl vase.  I believe it may be Swedish.

Hi,
I´m thinking Empoli although I usually see them with an orange or sometimes blue swirl....
 :)
