Title: Help please in identifying this vase.

I would be very grateful for any ideas as to maker, designer and age of this item. 
16.5cm tall, slightly blue shows Vaseline.  157g.  Many thanks.

Hiya,
looks like 1970's Murano. Several factories made pieces like this the best known being Seguso.
