Title: kingfisher blue vase - ID = Whitefriars

I would be very grateful for any ideas as to maker, designer and age of this item.
13cm tall
5cm across top
Slightly oval shape
610g

Whitefriars by the look of it, colour would be kingfisher blue, size is right for 9657: http://www.whitefriars.com/catalogues/contents.php?id=821
