Three items in clear press-moulded glass, each bearing the RD number 739548 plus the legend ELIZABETHAN. I am led to believe that this RD number was registered by Young & Hodgson on 30 July 1928.
(Permission for the re-use of these images on the GMB granted by Rob Young).
RD number 739548 is not listed at
http://www.great-glass.co.uk/glass%20notes/regnos08.htm
so I presume that it listed in the Blue Book. Can anyone confirm this, please?
Professor Google seems to be in complete ignorance regarding Messrs. Young & Hodgson or their activities, so can anyone offer more details about them, please?

Hi Fred, yes it is in the Blue Book. :)
We have an earlier topic about Young & Hodgson here:

Thank you, Anne.
I had tried a GMB search on Young & Hodgson but got no result.
Ironically, of course, the link you give was to my own query about Young & Hodgson's RD 711903, but for same reason I can't trace any reference photos to that RD number.
Will add RD 739548 to the GMB RD database tomorrow.

I presume that the 'Elizabethan' pattern was produced as a potential competitor to Clayton Mayers' 'Jacobean' pattern glassware.
Does anyone have examples of other shapes in this 'Elizabethan' pattern to show, please?
Fred.
