Hi,
 
Could anyone help me with this weight id.  Double overlay, white and cobalt blue, concave polished base.

Looks like somebody was practicing some quite difficult techniques

Make a basic double overlay weight with no interior design. Then practice cutting through the overlays with a series of different patterns. Then reheat and encase the weight in clear glass. The result is something of interest which shows the difficulty of each stage, especially for controlled cutting and the problems of air bubbles when adding the clear encasement.
