Aseda seems very likely to me, scroll most of the way down for triangular vases with vertical and horizontal lines and others in a similar colour: http://www.50-talskeramik.se/2013/09/utstallning-aseda.html

There are a few different variations along these lines to be found, interesting that yours has a made in Sweden sticker.

Another one of these posted recently http://www.glassmessages.com/index.php/topic,57991.0.html (http://www.glassmessages.com/index.php/topic,57991.0.html), there is a link in that thread showing the vase with an "Alsterbro" label...

Hi, ive just checked and mine has horizontal lines on one side and vertical lines on the other side,
l didn't notice this before

l did also see a round vase  with vertical lines in the same shop with a Poland sticker on it ?
