I would strongly suspect Filigranglas from Germany, even though they seem to be in a Chance box.

Filigranglas is thinner than Chance and tends to have that "squared off" wavy rim.

 ???

Maybe they changed their name over the years? I know Filigran has been around since the '70s, I was given some as a "wedding" present, (but only found out in the last few years what it was).
Chance did - first there was the "Chance" labelled stuff, then the Chance Fiesta labelled wares, and the "Fiona" stuff for Boots.
