I recently purchased a vaseline glass bowl and don't know the pattern name nor manufacturer. Hoping someone can help.

Hello and welcome to the gmb! :)
Wild stab in the dark here, as this is not my area, but perhaps Fenton?
You're in the States (although glass does travel) and I have seen top hats and shoes (which I do know are Fenton) in this hobnail pattern.
But best wait until somebody who does know about this sort of thing to confirm. ;D

Thanks Sue! That is a start, can start searching with that info.

The round part of the pattern is smooth, depressed in the pattern, kind of like a thumbprint.

It's a very well-known pattern. :)
The exact name it is given may depend on which manufacturer it comes from.
We do have a fair few experts on this sort of thing here, but not everybody comes along every day. I'm sure one of them will know exactly what it is, you just need to have a little patience.
It looks fabulous on a window sill, catching the UV from the sunlight coming through, doesn't it?

I don't think it is hobnail, from at least what I have found so far. Will be patient! :)

I believe its Fine Cut & Block or a variation of the pattern, but as far as a manufacturer goes...well it could date anywhere from the 1890s to the 1980s as its one of countless EAPG patterns that has been reproduced for decades so I would not even venture a guess.

Thanks!

Not Fenton. Looks like one of the Daisy and Button family.

From what research I was able to do the pattern looks more like the Fine Cut & Block. But didn't find anything just like this dish. I want to thank everyone for your interest and your help.
