any idea , controlled bubbles flat base with some grinding

Murano has been suggested to me a couple of times now

Hi.  The millefiori canes look to me like Caithness or Deacons - they are not Murano.

thanks, I did say to others that canes looked Scottish , I thought maybe J Glass etc , but it was bubbles that put me off it being so

Hi there,

I have seen a very similar simple millefiori concentric with controlled bubbles that was made by John Deacons. This one does not look as neat but there is a 'clear family resemblance'.

To be sure you could ask John whether it is his.
