Title: Could this piece be john orwar lake

i have been looking for months to try and find the maker of this piece
the only one i can find similar  is john orwar lake
the dimples are connected inside the vase

I tend to associate internally connected pieces with Czech glassmakers
Rene Roubicek and possibly also his wife Miluse Roubickova come to mind.

It looks early-ish - 1940s or before.
Roubicek is probably old enough but was already doing ground breaking, better than World Class, museum pieces by the late 40s.
