Title: Czech blue trailed and cut vase. Identity help, please!

I wonder if someone could help with the identity of this tall vase that I picked up in May this year.
I did see another on the net that mentioned a Czech sticker  ... an old auction listing.

It is 30 cm tall.
A hefty 1818 grams ... 64 oz!!

I should add a pic of the ground and polished pontil!
