The "hands" one is about the creepiest thing I've ever seen - it gives me the complete collywobbles.

Very, very clever.
thanks, Carolyn!  :)

Very nice and incredibly intricate.

That one (the hands) reminds me a little of an Escher drawing, where the hand comes from the paper to draw itself. A bit like the snake swallowing its own tail.

I like the Escher drawing, (although my favourite is the lizard that crawls into 3-D and has a little snort when he gets to the top by the inkwell). I assume that is what inspired this, but in glass "wool" it is simply completely vile. I really hate it.
Art is supposed to elicit a reaction - it does. :)

Just so everyone knows:

Drawing Hands: http://www.mcescher.com/gallery/mathematical/drawing-hands/

Reptiles: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Reptiles_(M._C._Escher)

[Mod: David's link above for the "Reptiles" example seems to be correct but produces a wiki page saying "Did you mean ...". Clicking the "Did you mean ..." link finds the correct page. But the link from that address is the same as David's. !!! Or maybe it is just my pc that does that?]

However, the link below does provide the enlarged image page correctly:

Yes, I'm going to have to spend more time on Collasol's site.

Actually, the artists' website is more appropriate: http://www.carolmilne.com/

Carol does some amazing work, although I don't imagine Sue will like Bombs & Babies (http://www.carolmilne.com/artwork/cid_107/bombs_brand_brbabies.html). I find them rather amusing!  :D

They're ok - I don't mind bits of babies stuck onto things for an artistic statement.  :P
