Title: Not Blenko, so who made it?

Not Blenko according the the people on the Blenko Facebook page.

So who made it? The base is ground flat (no pontil scar) with lots of variable wear. There are inclusions within the body but on the whole the piece feels very well made. The fatter parts of the bowl have an opaque quality. The width is 265mm.

Well I think you are in the right vacinity (West Virginia) only possibly Viking or Dalzel-Viking (New Martinsville WV) as they made 6 & 8 petal bowls like this in the 1970s & 1980s & used uranium.
