Title: Richardson ?

Hi, this paperweight is one of two I am posting was in a sorry state when I received it, but after some TLC spent on having the dome polished it now looks a treat.
Is this a Richardson P/W ? rough snapped off concave pontil mark / scar, 3.750  inch dia and 2.375 inches tall.
3 of the canes fluoresce under uv light.

Hi Malc.  Yes - Richardson.  Typical of their canes from 1900 or so, and it is quite common to see an outer ring of white cross canes in their work.
