Many hours of research on the vase with no luck with a maker-

Measurement
 Top most outer points of blue edges is Approx 4 3/4 inches
Bottom most outer points of blue edges is Approx 7 inches
Top inner rim diameter is Approx 1 1/2 inches
Bottom base diameter is Approx 2 inches
