Title: Art Deco Cactus theme ensemble unknown maker

Hello,

I found this Art Deco Cactus Theme ensemble, and was hoping someone would know the maker. It is similar to the Lalique Nemours pattern, but not Lalique. There is a vase, large bowl, and smaller bowl.
