Hi.  I suspect it is a Gillinder piece, rather than a Bacchus one.  Whether the facetting is original I am not sure, but a real bargain at $45. You could probably multiply that by at least 50 to get the market value.  I guess the first collector who spotted it used the Buy it Now option.
