Title: Glass bowls with encased net/mesh/gauze ID assistance please
Post by: adnerb on December 02, 2014, 12:16:50 AM
Hi
I am hoping someone can shed some light on the 3 bowls I purchased recently.  They all have the same sort of net/gauze/mesh encased within the glass so probably the same maker.  The bowls are heavy, show signs of wear on the base.  Have no other markings on the base.  I would love to know how old they are and who the maker is please.
The first bowl measures 16cm to the 'spout'.
The other 2 bowls I will put on separate posts so I can attach photos.
The second bowl measures 18cm at its widest point.
The third bowl with the blue rim measures 26cm at its widest and is 13.5cm tall.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

What you have there is a Harrtil bowl from Harrachov.  Google those names and there is a plethora of info.

Same answer as your other bowls. You don't need a new thread to add more photos, just reply to yourself.
