Beautiful piece, just not sure of maker. Internal bubble shape looks exactly like the ones in my four sided Lipsky pieces, but this one is 8 sided and has a double sommerso ring( purple and orange )with an ornately carved exterior. Stands 8.5 x 3.25 inches and weighs 3 pounds ( 22 x 8 cm and 1380g ). Thnx for looking.
