It's been a long time since I was here. I lost my husband who was a big collector and now I can no longer afford to keep a lot of the glass. I have 3 large sunbottles, and some medium and smaller ones plus others and also some sirroinen and nanny still to sell but I have no idea of it's worth these days. Can anyone advise me. I am in the UK.

Hello pat ,sorry to here of your loss.
EBay seems to be the the place to establish a rough idea of value.If you type in the details of your items some others will come up to compare.
It's difficult to say weather an auction house or private sale is best for you .Or keep them!
You have some very nice pieces of finish glass.
All the best,
Tim

So sorry to hear your bad news Pat {{{}}

Thanks for the replies. I really want to avoid selling on Ebay as I've had a couple of bad experiences on there. I did look but the prices seem all over the place. Ah yes I remember you well Lustrousstone although it's been a few years. Are all the old members still active like Frank and his Chance glass etc. ?

Frank is still here, as is David and his Chance glass. Perhaps you could look at setting up an etsy shop if you weren't in a hurry to sell and just look at ebay for suitable prices. Etsy is a nice place to sell https://www.etsy.com/ and fairly straightforward to use

I'm still here, {{{{Pat}}}}, and I'm very, very sorry to hear of your sad bad news too. You've not had an easy time. Etsy might be the easiest way of dealing with it. I've not tried it myself, but have had good reports from those who have.

I know about Etsy, I don't think I can cope with the packaging really. I'll post some photos to show you what I'm up against.
